We here at IronLaceDesign want you to know that your privacy matters to us. The only information we gather from you is your name and address when you purchase one of Kyra’s works of art.

The only third parties we share your information with are those necessary for a swift transaction: Etsy, PayPal, shipping companies, and your credit card company.

We never share your information with other companies. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you.

All customer data collection and payment processing is done by PayPal or Etsy, and is subject to their Privacy and Payment Policies. IronLaceDesign cannot be held responsible for PayPal or Etsy’s policies, or how they are applied to transactions.

Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your IronLaceDesign jewellery. I will accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Please message me to make arrangements for you to ship the product back to me. Once received, I will give you a full refund less shipping. Please note that any custom orders are non-returnable.
 

Warranties and Liability

IronLaceDesign’s products contain small parts and are not intended for use by very small children or pets. Our financial liability is limited to the purchase price of your item. IronLaceDesign items are fairly rugged, but if your item breaks, IronLaceDesign may repair it, at the owner’s discretion. If you are dissatisfied, IronLaceDesign may refund you the purchase price of your item, with no other financial restitution.

 

While every effort is made to ensure that the content of this website is accurate, the website is provided on an “as is” basis and IronLaceDesign makes no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information found on it. While the content of this site is provided in good faith, we do not warrant that the information will be kept up to date, be true, accurate and not misleading, or that this site will always (or forever) be available for use.
