The Penelope

This glorious collar was invented and named for Penelope, the intrepid, wise, and faithful wife of Odysseus! I based this design off of ancient Mycenaean jewelry, which was often made of thin sheets of hammered gold, spiralled and woven and interlinked. 
Handmade in gold-plated stainless steel chainmail and inset with pearls for her royalty and the sea surrounding their kingdom of Ithaca, this piece is worthy of a glorious queen! 
Limited edition, measures 20in and closes with a lobster clasp.
