Inspired by Rococo and ornate Regency jewelry, you would have been able to grace the French court of Louis XV in this necklace.
Made out of stainless steel for maximum durability, I link together 6mm rolo rings using Japanese chainmail techniques in an openwork design. I then finish it with a 2-inch extension chain and a lobster clasp, allowing for maximum adjustability.
The bias drape of the chainmail is luxurious to the touch. The overall effect is sumptuous enough to pair with an evening gown while still being strong enough to wear in the pool.
