I use Japanese chainmail techniques to create the appearance of tatted lace, with its elaborate openworked sections. Despite its seeming fragility, this piece has the enduring power of stainless steel. The tension between the delicate appearance of lace and the strength of the steel is a delicate balance that echoes the balance between spirit and body in martial arts.
This piece is 20 inches and closes with a matching lobster clasp. If you need the length adjusted, just add a note to your order!
